Item Banking

Leverage Assessments partners with an assessment platform that offers over 50+ question types to deliver a powerful and secured item authoring and item banking solution.  Our platform facilitates the creation of traditional multiple-choice questions, as well as immersive and engaging items for effective simulation of the job tasks. These include multimedia questions using high-resolution images, videos, audio, and spreadsheets, alongside image labeling questions, drag & drop, highlight, written, spoken items, text/essay, multiple responses, choice matrix items, and interactive canvas questions. 

Item Analysis

Our item analysis process investigates candidate responses to individual test items or questions to identify items that are not functioning optimally. An item analysis can reveal an item’s difficulty, and ambiguity, identify whether the item differentiates between top-performing and underperforming candidates, is accurately keyed or scored, and clarify the instructions that supplement items. Leverage Assessments follow best practices in statistical methods to determine items that should be retained, eliminated, edited, or rekeyed. By improving the quality of each item, the reliability and validity of the overall test is enhanced.

Test Scoring/Reports

Leverage Assessments produce score reports that are useful, understandable, and accessible. We perform test validation processes, and reports. In addition to some of the services described above, the validation process could the following:
 Item bank review, Item analysis, Item and KSAO link review, test Plan Review, SME recruitment, SME credential review, and other defensible psychometrics practices.

Standard-Setting/Cut Score Analysis

Our standard setting procedure aims to increase objective estimations of performance while integrating multiple perspectives; from the pilot candidates, subject matter experts, to the psychometric review. We rely on numerous lines of evidence and follow established guidelines to ensure the validity and reliability of the exam to formally establish a passing score that reflects a fair and defensible level of exam performance.

Online Test Administration/Test Delivery

Get your candidates tested! Our modern assessment center utilizes computer labs to administer web-based pre-employment selection tests developed by Pearson, CEB, PSI, Hogan, IPAT, Aon, PsyMetrics, JR&A, and many more. We can test candidates at our home base, or at any test-ready computer lab accessible to the candidates.
